Nancy Pelosi, Stenny Hoyer and the Democratic Party have insulted the voters who have dared to engage in peaceful opposition to the programs and policies of the Obama Administration and the current Congress and Senate and assaulted them, by tacit approval.

In addition to these verbal attacks the Democratic Party has called for unions and party members to go to town hall meetings in sufficient numbers to drown out any opposition to the Healthcare plan H.R. 3200. The purple shirts of the S.E.I.U. have turned out and, it has been reported, on at least one occasion have used physical force to make their point. Surrounding one man, Kenneth Gladney, they allegedly knocked him down and kicked him in the head and about his body. Why? The man was either selling or giving away political buttons and “Don’t Tread on Me” flags.

Witnesses asked the purple shirted thugs why they attacked the man and they replied, “He attacked America.” The digital video recording will undoubtedly be used to convict the purple shirted thugs of assault. Unless the Obama administration has their charges dropped as they did with those “New Black Panther Party” members who intimidated voters in the 2008 election.

Pelosi, Hoyer and the Democratic Party accuse ordinary citizens of being mobs, Astroturf protesters, Brooks Brothers suit wearing, brown shirts and Un-American. I’m sure I missed a few epithets hurled by the supposed party of the people but you get the idea of what they are trying to convey to the rest of the country. By using proxies, ACORN and SEIU, the Democratic Party has been using the exact methods that they are accusing peaceful law abiding citizens of.

By virtue of their accusations Pelosi, Hoyer and all of those who have piled on these brave Americans we are to draw one and only one conclusion. Those who disagree with their programs or policies are either crazy or horribly flawed. Else how could they possibly disagree with their superior intellect?

Weren’t these the guys who promised transparency, and bipartisanship and an end to politics as usual?
