Just yesterday I was wondering how many impeachable offenses Mr. Obama has committed.
Rep. Ron Paul expanded on his comments that the killing of a suspected al-Qaeda terrorist is an impeachable offense.
Rep. Dennis Kucinich, the seven-term liberal Democrat from Ohio who has twice run for the White House, says President Obama committed an “impeachable offense” in deciding to authorize U.S. airstrikes over Libya without the consent of Congress.
Former Congressman Tom Tancredo says there are at least 12 reasons or offenses Obama should be impeached for and he said that over six months ago. I wonder how many new offenses could be added to the total.
It would take only one provable offense to give him the boot. If just one of his many unconstitutional acts could be proven after the general election then he could return to resume his filming career at Harvard January 21 2013.
It would seem that with every passing day Mr. Obama seeks out another way to violate his oath of office.
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
Has Mr. Obama protected, preserved or defended the U.S. Constitution or has he acted in violation of it? Wait! I see a flaw in this strategy too. Obama could offer a defense that his ability to comply with his oath of office was severely handicapped by his ideology.
